Your degree of involvement in the design and creation of your site may be whatever you choose. You may have prepared text and graphics; if not, we can create them. You don't need to understand how a Web site is put together.

Top The domain name is the name,
hopefully descriptive, by which your site can be known.
It has become very important that you register your own domain
name such as www.yourname.com. At least one major search
engine, Yahoo!, probably won't list your site if you're using
a subdomain or a "member pages" URL. We highly recommend
that you budget for this small additional expense as it is an
important investment in your business and site. As part of the
design package you pay only the standard Internec fee which can
be as low as $13.50 per year.
In fact, once you even consider having a Web site you should register
a domain name. The popular, most descriptive domain names are
going fast.
Although we don't provide Web hosting services, we can do the work of setting up a website and e-mail account for you with a website hosting company that will be a good fit with your budget and needs. In addition, we provide an option of having your own domain name (e.g., http://www.yourname.com ) used for the site. However, the cost of these services will have to be borne by you. In James Kinsella's book (and the
movie of the same name), "Field of Dreams," the message
was "Build it and they will come." However, the Internet
world is so vast, with millions of Web sites, that no one will
find your site unless it's promoted. Mansfield Web Design's Web
site marketing service will submit your site not only to the major
search engines like Yahoo!® and Altavista® but also to
search engine sites and directories appropriate for your site.
We
give you maximum exposure by

In addition, we will also create advertising banners for
